basta jeepney driver.... sweet lover???

here's an interesting (disinteresting) loud conversation between the jeepney driver and his apparent friend, that i unfortunately overheard:

driver: ilang taon pala si....? (i forgot the name)
friend: mag i-isang taon na sa september.
driver: september pla siya, wala na bang kasunod?
friend: wala pa
driver: dapat may kasunod na yan, di mo alam kung hanggang kelan ka magtatagal kaya kung ako sayo tirahin mo nang tirahin
friend: oo nga, yun nga ang tinuro ng tatay ko sa akin
driver: yung unang asawa ko, tinira ko nang tinira.... eh naka walong anak ako sa kanya, tapos bahala na siya sa buhay niya
friend: sige, dito na ako

and that's the end of the conversation.
so "can he possibly support those eight children? apparently he has another wife with obviously some kids too, can he also support them?" i'm not advocating family-planning here, but isn't a mistake on the part of the parents who have many kids and not being able to support them during their childhood.
sweet lover??? maybe, but you should also love your kids.
